Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing
You've tried many different channels and activations by gut feeling.
Burning money, time, opportunities and ideas.
With the stress of not knowing what is the right thing to do.
"Brainstorming" more and more approaches.
Relentlessly looking for the next trend.
Chasing KPIs.
It's time to change.
It's time to move from chaos to clarity, from stress to peace of mind.
Define and implement the strategy to achieve your business goals.

When you have data, everything changes.
Marketing only feels overwhelming when you don’t have the right data. If everything is busy but nothing works effectively, a data-driven strategy is what’s missing.
You build a predictable acquisition machine - one that brings customers consistently, not randomly.
You finally feel the click between your product and your audience. You move from “one of many” to “the obvious choice".
You stop guessing and start deciding with confidence, backed by data, direction, and focus.
Every euro starts working harder for you, because you know exactly where to put it and why.
You get more done with half the stress, by focusing on the actions that truly matter.
Data-driven Marketing
You’re flying blind. Without real validation, every idea feels promising… until reality hits and you realise you’ve wasted weeks.
You keep chasing customers. Every month starts with the same fear: “Will I get enough sales?”
You spread yourself thin across a dozen directions. You’re always busy, but never progressing. And in the end, nothing truly moves forward.
You second-guess every decision. “Are we going in the right direction? Are we spending wisely?” — the doubt never stops.

The Method Behind the Transformation: Micro-Data
Micro-Data approach, sometimes also called Netnography or Digital Etnography, is a method that doesn't start from big expensive data sets or traditional consumer research.
It focuses on the the digital traces users leave behind every single day. Everyone is connected through the web with other people, businesses, and communities. Everyone interacts, engages, looks for information, and posts their life online.
We follow the creators that align with our interests. We watch, like, and comment on their videos. Through our clicks, we reveal our personalities, our ambitions, our needs, and our passions, creating a digital mirror of who we are.
This digital footprint is a goldmine of actionable intelligence that most businesses overlook.
The result is getting to know the audience, empathize with them and create relevant content based on their profile. As a natural consequence they will feel more connected to your brand, click more on your ads and buy more from you.

Who I am
When I finished university, Marketing was the last job I imagined doing.
I mean — an Aerospace Engineer with a Master in Finance isn’t exactly trained for color palettes and campaign brainstorms.
Right?
But life had other plans. I found myself sitting next to the marketing team… and something sparked. The mix of creativity, psychology, systems, and numbers hooked me immediately.
That curiosity turned into a journey that brought me first into a startup — where I launched 15+ products, generating over €400k revenue per year — and later into a global corporate, managing multimillion-euro budgets across European markets.
Eventually I realised I wanted bigger challenges, more impact, and more ownership. So I started my freelancing career, helping businesses grow online with structure, clarity, and a solid strategic foundation.
At my core, I’m still an engineer: structured, analytical, methodical.
But I combine that with communication, creativity, and marketing experience.
It’s the blend that allows me to bring order to chaos — and clarity to strategy.
Personally, I try to approach life with calmness and optimism. My favourite quote captures it well:
“If there is a solution to a problem, there is no need to worry. And if there is no solution, there is no need to worry.”

Why a data-driven approach
In the early years of my career, nothing was more frustrating than seeing other brands hit results I simply couldn’t match.
Everything felt chaotic — we had resources and tools, yet something essential was missing.
I kept noticing the same pattern everywhere: the stress of knowing you should reach certain targets… and the powerlessness of not knowing why things weren’t working.
Then I realised the truth.
The problem wasn’t the tactics.
Everyone uses the same channels, the same tools, the same buttons.
The real difference is clarity.
Knowing who you’re for, what matters, and which actions actually move the needle.
Having data that tells you what to write, what to test, what to produce — and what to ignore.
But I know many companies still struggle with the same issues — not because they lack talent, but because they lack a strategic foundation. And I know they can get out of it.
Does this process work 100% of the time? No.
Does it give you a perfect strategy on day one? Also no.
But it gives you clarity grounded in data — and that’s what lets you iterate, improve and grow.
Like in sports: you either win, or you learn.

Do you see yourself in any of these situations?
Your business is not growing as fast as you would like
Your product or service is good and all the clients are very happy and satisfied.
You know you could grow faster but you feel like something is missing to make it fly.
Your resources are stretched thin across different channels
You try or tried different channels, and no one is working that well.
You allocate a bit here and a bit there hoping that something sticks and sales start growing, but it is difficult.
There are so many tasks that you don't know where to start
The team is overwhelmed. Everything feels important and they want to deliver results.
The problem is that jumping from one task to another only increases stress level and clouds the big picture
Everyone has a different opinion on what to do
Strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, marketing alignments - where to start? That no one really knows.
Everyone has something different in mind and suddenly you realise you’re not even discussing the same thing.
You don't know if you are spending your budget in the right way
Making decisions is always hard. Decisions about budget? That’s where the headaches start.
One day results are good, one day not. It's a rollercoaster going up and down making you feel disoriented
Clarity in data unlocks new levels of growth.
When data leads, It gives you clarity on what to say, who you’re speaking to, and why it matters.
It’s not magic — but when you know exactly what your offer is and who it’s for, you can finally prioritise the tactics that move the needle and shift your business into a higher gear.
